How we handle facts
We check numbers against official Japanese sources wherever they exist and list our sources. If we’re expressing an opinion, we say so. Rules, fees and figures change; treat them as accurate at the time of writing and check the official source before relying on them.
How we earn money
The channel and site may earn money through YouTube advertising, affiliate links and clearly labelled partnerships. An article with affiliate links carries a visible disclosure, and a commission costs you nothing extra. Sponsored pieces say so at the top. Payment never buys a favourable verdict or the removal of criticism.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we correct the article and note what changed and when. Send evidence through the contact page and we’ll look at it properly.
